Ambiance Dark

I am in the process of doing various tweaks to the Ambiance Dark GTK3 theme. I've noticed a few things here and there as well as some critiques from various people who have spotted things amiss. Once I get these ironed out, I will release the update.

I will also then move on to the GNOME Shell theme to incorporate the tweaks there as well.

Also, I am in the process of creating a theme PPA for various projects I hope to be doing in the near future.
